Licensee: The individual who has purchased or downloaded The "I Can’t Adult Today" Survival Kit (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Your").

By accessing, downloading, or using this product, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement ("Agreement"). If You do not agree, You must not use the product.

4. CONTENT ACCURACY

The Product is provided “as is.” While Lup Design EOOD strives for quality, we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. You are responsible for how You use the Product.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Lup Design EOOD shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from Your use of the Product;

• Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Product.

6. TERMINATION

This license automatically terminates if You violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must delete all copies of the Product in your possession.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
